From the first day she was hired as president of Montcalm Community College, Stacy Young had one goal that would remain fixated at the top of all others — increase enrollment.
Now nearly two years later, along with leading the institution through more than 18 months of the coronavirus pandemic, Young and members of her administrative team came forward Thursday with a plan to steadily increase enrollment at the college.
