Hoezee was a three-sport athlete for Tri County and upon entering his freshman year, when he ran track, he switched his focus to running. While he excelled in soccer, by his senior year, he realized he’d made the right decision to pursue running over soccer.

‘Blessed with perfect running form’

As she started to look for her perfect college fit, the Central Montcalm senior was getting interest from a few schools for her running ability, both in track and cross country. In talking with the colleges, she realized she wasn’t done exploring the capabilities of her running career just yet.

MCC pact with Davenport University offers students transfer options
Montcalm Community College (MCC) and Davenport University recently signed an agreement that offers to MCC students, graduating with an associate degree, an opportunity to earn an expedited bachelor’s degree.
With this partnership, MCC students working on their associate degree can easily transfer up to 90 credits toward one of Davenport University’s 40 different bachelor’s programs. The three newly defined articulation pathways allow students to seamlessly transfer their MCC credits to complete degrees in Cyber Defense and Sports Management at Davenport.
