A Gowen woman who was allegedly nearly three times over the legal limit for alcohol when she struck and killed two pedestrians in Greenville last summer is now facing another criminal case plus a civil lawsuit filed against her and three local bars.

Amber Martens, 34, was scheduled to appear in Montcalm County District Court on Tuesday morning for a pre-trial hearing on a driving while license suspended charge after a witness allegedly saw Martens driving on Jan. 2 and called police, who found Martens at the Greenville Walmart.
