A woman convicted of embezzling millions of dollars from her own title agency in Greenville 15 years ago wants the felonies removed from her record.

Nichole Sny, formerly Nichole “Misty” Athey, 53, appeared via video in Montcalm County Circuit Court last Thursday along with her attorney, Jonathan Jones, to make a motion that Judge Ronald Schafer set aside her convictions of conspiracy to operate a criminal enterprise and embezzlement.
