Carson City woman killed in motorcycle accident

A Carson City woman who was a passenger on a motorcycle was killed in a two-vehicle traffic crash on M-57 on Saturday afternoon.

Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle, driven by a 29-year-old man, was attempting to pass numerous vehicles on M-57 that were slowing for a 2008 Ram pickup truck that was turning left onto Backus Road.
