Halloween is getting a head start this Friday and Saturday at the Montcalm County Fairgrounds with a new celebration to make up for a rain-soaked county fair earlier this year.
When rain poured down upon the return of this year’s Montcalm County Fair in June, a number of events went by the wayside as puddles and mud filled the fairgrounds.
