‘Lack of focus’ leads to Greenville’s 42-0 loss to EGR

The stands were packed at Legacy Field on Friday for the Yellow Jackets’ annual Rocket Football night, but the fans weren’t treated to the true experience of the brand-new Yellow Jackets.

Greenville’s football team seemed to revert to teams of recent history on Friday as the Yellow Jackets failed to get much of anything going on Friday on either side of the football. Their opponent on the other side, East Grand Rapids, currently ranked No. 4 in Division 3, did them no favors. What resulted was a lopsided 42-0 Pioneers victory over the Jackets.
