The grand marshals of this year’s Belding Labor Day Community Celebration are very familiar faces for anybody who has spent any amount of time in one of Belding’s schools.
For almost 30 years, George and Shannon Rousseau have dedicated their lives to the education and overall betterment of multiple generations of local children.
