The historic Ionia Theatre will receive a fly loft roof replacement after Ionia City Council on Tuesday approved a bid award for the work to Arrow Roofing of Wyoming.
The city received three bids for the project, said City Manager Precia Garland, all with the required 20-year warranty, ranging from the low bid by Arrow of $48,448 to the highest bid of $68,111.
