Ethan Bowen trotted out of the third-base dugout ready for his start on Thursday. His Ionia Bulldogs were set to face a Hastings Saxons squad that has struggled this season.
Bowen, the starter for the Bulldogs, tossed a 10-strikeout performance against Fowlerville on April 14, a 2-0 win. He was ready to roll on Thursday, he could feel it walking out of the bullpen.
