GREENVILLE — Middle school students who are part of the Interact Clubs at St. Charles Catholic School and Greenville Middle School worked in September to collect peanut butter and jelly for the IM Kids 3rd Meal.

The program provides a balanced ready-to-eat sack meal after school to students in Ionia and Montcalm counties. At St. Charles, students were allowed to wear something other than their uniform in exchange for a donation of either peanut butter or jelly. They collected 135 jars.

In addition to collecting supplies, Greenville Middle School students also decorated some of the brown sacks IM Kids 3rd Meal uses to distribute meals.
