During his third visit to the Greenville Planning Commission, developer Mike West finally heard the words he had been hoping for upon presenting a proposed housing development for the city.
“This is tremendous,” Planning Commissioner and City Council liaison Larry Moss said upon reviewing West’s third iteration of his proposal. “This is exactly what I was looking for.”
