Area residents and the Alvah N. Belding Library patrons are invited to the library’s 22nd annual candlelight reception at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1. This festive evening hosted by the Friends of the Alvah N. Belding Library will include refreshments, a silent auction of beautiful baskets and lots of fun and laughter.
