Belding Planning Commission talks short-term rentals


The short-term rental market in large cities has exploded in recent years, offering guests alternatives to hotel stays at often lower prices.

In 2022, demand for short-term rentals in rural markets grew 60% according to 2021 figures, and 26.8% in midsize cities according to a market review published by AirDNA, a data and analytics provider in the industry.
